Tenant information

If you are interested in a property, you will be required to attend an interview where your details and the property details will be discussed at length. Arrangements will be made for you to view the property and if you wish to proceed, references and a bond are required before commencement of the tenancy/lease. Once a moving date has been set, the tenancy agreement/lease will be completed.

We appreciate that moving home or business can be a stressful experience and we can assure you that every effort will be made to ensure this goes smoothly.

Landlord information

With our experience of being landlords and property developers ourselves, we understand the importance of a letting to a landlord. 

We will endevour to achive the maximum rent and deliver quality tenants which is essential to successful letting. 

Our packs are as follows:  

Complete Management:
Sample: arrange suitable tenants, complete tenancy agreements/leases, deal will all day to day issues including rent collection, maintenance and property inspection checks.

Part Management: 
Sample: arrange a suitable tenant, complete tenancy agreements/leases, handle disputes between landlord and tenant.  Advice and assistance at all times.

Property Letting Pack:
Sample: arrange a suitable tenant, obtain references, bond and rent, completion of tenancy agreement/lease.

In addition to our property management and letting packs, we also supply and complete any additional paperwork necessary throughout a tenancy.
